These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and the operator of isb15 ("isb15", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the online gaming platform available at isb15.cam ("Platform").

You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. Persons under any legal incapacity or subject to court-ordered financial restrictions are not eligible to participate.
Each individual may register and maintain only one Account. Duplicate accounts, including accounts registered in another person's name or using another person's payment details, are strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms, including isb15, are not eligible to register or reactivate their Account during the self-exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password or Account access with any third party. isb15 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account as a result of your failure to protect your credentials.
You must notify isb15 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. isb15 reserves the right to suspend an Account pending investigation of any suspicious activity.
All registration information must be accurate and current. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities.
isb15 operates KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with applicable operator licensing obligations. KYC verification is required before withdrawals are processed and may be requested at any time at the operator's discretion.
KYC verification typically requires submission of the following:
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request may result in: suspension of withdrawal rights; temporary restriction of Account functionality; or Account closure in accordance with Section 16 of these Terms.
Submitted KYC documents are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are retained only as required by operator compliance obligations and are not shared with third parties except where legally required.

Their actual availability as deposit or withdrawal channels must be verified in the live cashier. Account balances may be displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for user convenience. Actual transaction processing and currency conversion, where applicable, are subject to the operator's then-current exchange rates and any applicable fees.
Any deposit made using fraudulent, stolen or disputed payment credentials constitutes a criminal offence and a material breach of these Terms. isb15 reserves the right to immediately freeze any Account associated with suspected fraudulent payment activity and to report such activity to relevant authorities.
Players may request withdrawal of eligible Account balances subject to the conditions set out in this section and any additional conditions communicated in the cashier or bonus terms.
isb15 makes no guarantee of specific withdrawal processing timeframes. Processing times depend on the chosen payment method, your KYC status, the operator's internal review process and the policies of third-party payment providers. isb15 will endeavour to process approved withdrawal requests as promptly as reasonably practicable.
isb15 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request where: KYC documentation is incomplete or unsatisfactory; the request is subject to a fraud or AML investigation; bonus wagering requirements remain unsatisfied; or the Account is under temporary restriction.
isb15 may offer bonuses, promotions and incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific bonus terms published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific bonus terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible game contributions are published in the relevant bonus terms. You must satisfy the full wagering requirement before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
Any attempt to abuse, manipulate or exploit bonus offerings — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, placing low-risk or void bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or using automated tools — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. isb15 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings and close Accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stipulated time period will expire. Expired bonus funds are forfeited. Time limits are specified in individual bonus terms.
isb15 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively affect a Player who has already activated and accepted a bonus under specific published terms.
Sports betting, live casino, slots and all other gaming activities on the Platform are subject to product-specific rules available within each game or market. By placing a wager or initiating gameplay, you confirm acceptance of the applicable rules.
Once a bet has been accepted by the Platform and confirmed, it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled except in circumstances explicitly permitted by the applicable game or market rules. isb15 reserves the right to void bets in the event of manifest error, technical fault, or circumstances outside the operator's reasonable control.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or display error resulting in an incorrect outcome or payout, isb15 reserves the right to void the affected round or transaction. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all casino and instant game products. isb15 is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues caused by your own hardware, software or internet connection.
isb15 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or remove any sports market or odds at any time prior to settlement, including in response to breaking news, match events or suspicious betting activity. In-play bets placed after a relevant event has occurred may be voided at the operator's discretion.
Markets covering Pakistan cricket, PSL fixtures, T20 Internationals and ICC tournaments are subject to the same general betting rules. Specific market rules apply to individual bet types and are displayed at the point of placement. The outcome of all Pakistan cricket markets is determined by official scorecards from the relevant governing body.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
isb15 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close Accounts engaged in prohibited conduct, void all associated bets and transactions, withhold any balance pending investigation, and report relevant activity to law enforcement authorities where required.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, data structures and game content, is the intellectual property of isb15 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape or exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from isb15.
The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is governed by the isb15 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
isb15 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is processed only as described in the Privacy Policy, including for account management, KYC/AML compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gambling monitoring and customer support purposes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 16.
